How To Order Mexican Cooking Utensils
All products can be ordered through this web site using the online catalog and completing payment through our secure PayPal checkout. Payment may be made using most major credit cards.
To order, add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout by selecting any "Shopping Cart" link. You may access your shopping cart from any catalog page.
Shipping charges and applicable sales tax (for NC residents) will be added to your order at checkout. You can review, revise, cancel, or complete your order at any time prior to final payment. Checkout will automatically take you through the short credit card payment procedure and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email. This is the best and most secure way to order and it assures that your merchandise will be shipped immediately. We cannot process credit card payments by phone or email.
If you prefer payment by mail using Money Order or Personal Check, please email us your order and shipping address and we will send you an invoice which you can include with your payment. Make all payments out to: Dan May. Please allow time for Personal Checks to be received and clear (7-14 days) before your order is shipped.

Shipping is by USPS or UPS at our discretion. If you desire a particular shipping method or expedited delivery, contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Please notify us by email of defective merchandise as soon as possible. You will be given return instructions. Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. Please note that many of our products are hand made or rustically made by traditional methods and may have cosmetic defects or variability. Cosmetic blemishes are not considered defective for the purpose of the above return policy.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Some of our products do include a limited manufacturer's warranty where noted. Please be aware that all manufacturers of our products are in Mexico and their warranty may not be legally enforceable in the U.S. Most will honor their warranty but service and claims may be difficult due to distance and language. All warranty claims or service requests must be made directly with the manufacturer as directed any included warranty information.
